Shaurya has experience in urban planning, design and public policy. He is currently working on building capacity in urban local bodies in cities across India, to enable a systematic roll out of electric vehicle charging infrastructure. Shaurya has a Master’s degree in public policy from IIT Delhi and a Bachelor’s degree in urban design from Centre for Environmental Planning and Technology (CEPT) University in Ahmedabad. His master’s thesis project was on techno-economic feasibility of alternative low carbon fuel technologies in Indian heavy vehicle road transport.
