Anurag Gupta has joined as a Project Manager at MP Ensystems Advisory Pvt. Ltd.He has completed his Masters in Urban and Regional Planning with specialization in Environment Planning from CEPT University. He has over 7 years of professional experience in climate change mitigation policy, urban environment planning, and clean energy technologies. Prior to this, he has worked on five major solar rooftop initiatives with the senior bureaucrat in Government of Madhya Pradesh. For these initiatives he developed innovative technological models, coordinated with government stakeholders and analyzed big data to communicate the economic, environmental, and social benefits of these initiatives. He has also worked with UN-IPCC Working Group III on a special report of 1.5 degree and sixth assessment cycle. Anurag has experience in cross-policy research, policy analysis, innovative stakeholder engagement and strategic planning and development of projects in diverse sectors such as renewable energy technologies, urban climate mitigation and adaptation plans, GHG emission inventory for cities, electric vehicles and waste to energy.
