Punit Gandhi, has over nine years of experience in energy, urban, and climate sectors, collaborating with stakeholders to drive climate action and sustainable development. Previously, as Policy and Research Lead at Climate Collective Foundation, he helped build India’s Climate Tech Startup Ecosystem. At the Climate Centre for Cities, he led flagship initiatives and contributed to national strategies like the National Mission on Sustainable Habitat. As an India Smart Cities Fellow, he shaped urban innovation policies, and as the founder of Orgro Energy, he consulted on 18 MW of rooftop solar and implemented 800 kW of solar PV projects. He also advised Caravane Earth in Qatar on a sustainable energy microgrid for a desert community. Recognized for his work in circularity and innovation, he was the youngest participant in the 2019 Global Leadership Program in Circular Economy in Adelaide. He holds a Master’s in Sustainable Energy Technology from TU Delft, The Netherlands.
